PICASO is a digital assistant based on the ODA platform. With its AI-driven interface (commonly known as chatbots), the digital assistant helps the users to accomplish a variety of tasks in natural language conversations.<\/p>\n<p>Use the floating widget in the PeopleSoft application to launch the PeopleSoft Intelligent Chat Assistant from Oracle. This digital assistant is available on all employee and manager self-service fluid pages. Using this chatbot you can perform inquiries and transactions in Absence Management, Benefits, Payroll for North America, Employee Directory, Requisition, and Expense Inquiry.<\/p>\n<p>You can assemble one or more PeopleSoft skills.
