Employee Calendar feature delivered as part of PeopleSoft HCM PUM 42 supports many tasks with fewer clicks such as: Viewing the meeting schedules, Absences, Birthdays, Pending tasks, and much more.<\/p>\n<p>The Employee Calendar can be explained as in the steps below:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Employee can view his\/her own Calendar, as well as peers &amp; Managers Calendar<\/li>\n<li>Employees can view events such as Request Absence, Work Anniversaries, Schedules, Holidays &amp; Birthdays.<\/li>\n<li>He\/ She can submit the Absence or perform any related actions on behalf of the employee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To access the Employee Calendar please login into HRMS (Image 42):<\/p>\n<p>Navigation: Employee Self Service &gt; Employee Calendar tile<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-13858 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.kovaion.com\/kovaioncom_2020\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/word-image-13857-1-1024x535.png\" sizes=\"auto, (min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) and (max-width: 980px) 980px, (min-width: 981px) 1024px, 100vw\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.kovaion.com\/kovaioncom_2020\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/word-image-13857-1-980x512.png 980w, https:\/\/www.kovaion.com\/kovaioncom_2020\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/word-image-13857-1-480x251.png 480w\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"535\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Fig 1: Homepage<\/p>\n<p>After entering into the Employee Calendar tile, the employee\/end user can view the Employees Team Calendar page.<\/p>\n<p>Here they can see the employees who are the direct reports to the same manager (peers) and also the detailed calendar which will show all the important details on the particular dates. Employees can view their request in approval status on the Calendar. They may cancel the request or view the request by clicking on the particular applied date.<\/p>\n<p>Employees can also view their Team members\u2019 tasks\/actions by selecting the particular employee and selecting the date. (The security for the same is configurable based on business needs).
