1. Next Application Review Date<\/h3>\n

PeopleSoft HCM Recruiting Solutions is upgrading to enhance the applicant experience. Now, applicants can easily view the next review date on the job search page. Many of our clients review applications in batches, especially for ongoing job openings. This date informs applicants about when the next review will take place, helping them stay informed and prepared. These improvements aim to make the application process smoother and more transparent for everyone involved.<\/p>\n

To make the next review date appear on the candidate Gateway, recruiting administrators must turn on the next review date option in the site setup settings.<\/p>\n

Recruiters enter the next review date on the job posting page. The system then calculates and shows the days until the next review. Recruiters can also choose a specific date and select the primary posting checkbox to display the dates of the job opening page.<\/p>\n
