Simply begin typing your feedback and click the AI Assist icon to access this feature.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Introduction to AI Assistance Feedback:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The Feedback AI Assist is a pivotal feature in Oracle HCM Cloud that represents a groundbreaking advancement in employee feedback processes. By integrating artificial intelligence with user experience, enhances operational efficiency and streamlines the feedback process.<\/p>\n<p>With AI Assistance, the application automatically generates feedback based on your initial input. After reviewing and making any desired revisions, click Submit to send the feedback.<\/p>\n<p>Employees can give feedback, receive feedback, and view pending requests.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>1.
