With the release of HCM PUM 51, PeopleSoft ePerformance has introduced a new View Instructions setup option that allows administrators to configure the placement of instructional text at both the section and step levels. This feature enhances the usability of Define Criteria, Track Progress, and Evaluation in Progress steps by providing clear guidance on performance evaluations.<\/p>\n
