To get benefits to their dependents employees required to submit documents to get it approve and processed. Peoplesoft latest HCM PUM 41 release supports uploading relevant dependent documents for approval and tracking it status by employees &amp; Benefits Administrator.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Dependent document upload &amp; approval can be explained four simple steps:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Employee submit \/ modify dependent request with documents uploaded.<\/li>\n<li>On approval of dependent request, \u201cQualified Dependent\u201d option enabled in<\/li>\n<li>Dependent \/ Beneficiary page, Benefits Administrator can attach document on behalf of employee if required.<\/li>\n<li>Benefits Administrator track status of unqualified dependents and send notification to employees.<\/li>\n<li>\u201cEnable Dep Proof\u201d\u00a0option to allow only qualified dependents; unqualified dependents skip in Benefits process run.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>There may be some scenario where employees need to add new dependent or modify the dependent data. Employee uploads the required documents, Benefits \/administrator also have option to upload document.
