For sure, it is tedious process to do it manually for 100 employees to go into the transaction console page and action the \u201cSkip current assignment\u201d. Here is a way to do it in a single click.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Procedures:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Step 1:<\/strong>\u00a0Open the BPM worklist and create a BPM view. Click on the \u201c+\u201d to create a new BPM view.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-16947\" src=\"https:\/\/stage.kovaionplay.com\/stage-kovaion\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/bulk-approval-bpm-worklist-1-300x184.png\" alt=\"bulk-approval-bpm-worklist-1\" width=\"765\" height=\"469\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Step 2<\/strong>: Provide a name to your BPM View and default the Assignee to the \u201cAdmin\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-16946\" src=\"https:\/\/stage.kovaionplay.com\/stage-kovaion\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/bulk-approval-bpm-worklist-2-300x133.png\" alt=\"bulk-approval-bpm-worklist-2\" width=\"751\" height=\"333\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Step 3<\/strong>: Here come the most important point to choose the task type. In General BPM worklist will contain different type of transaction that made, since we need only the resignation transaction, choose the task type to \u201cResignation Approval \u2018\u2019and operator to Equals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-16945\" src=\"https:\/\/stage.kovaionplay.com\/stage-kovaion\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/bulk-approval-bpm-worklist-3-300x152.png\" alt=\"bulk-approval-bpm-worklist-3\" width=\"770\" height=\"390\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Step 4:<\/strong>\u00a0Choose the view. (i.e.) To whom this BPM view should be visible. If this should be visible to any groups means we can set to that one as well.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-16944\" src=\"https:\/\/stage.kovaionplay.com\/stage-kovaion\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/bulk-approval-bpm-worklist-4-300x152.png\" alt=\"bulk-approval-bpm-worklist-4\" width=\"784\" height=\"397\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Step 5:<\/strong>\u00a0Go to the Display the section choose the columns you wanted see. Click Ok.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-16943\" src=\"https:\/\/stage.kovaionplay.com\/stage-kovaion\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/bulk-approval-bpm-worklist-5-300x152.png\" alt=\"bulk-approval-bpm-worklist-5\" width=\"782\" height=\"396\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Step 6<\/strong>: Now your BPM view is created. You can find it in the shared views or My views at the left-hand side. Click on the BPM view you created, and it will give you only the resignation transaction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-16942\" src=\"https:\/\/stage.kovaionplay.com\/stage-kovaion\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/bulk-approval-bpm-worklist-6-300x190.png\" alt=\"bulk-approval-bpm-worklist-6\" width=\"788\" height=\"499\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Step 7<\/strong>: Highlight the set of transactions you want to action by holding down SHIFT key while you select<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-16941\" src=\"https:\/\/stage.kovaionplay.com\/stage-kovaion\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/bulk-approval-bpm-worklist-7-300x121.png\" alt=\"bulk-approval-bpm-worklist-7\" width=\"754\" height=\"304\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Step 8<\/strong>: Click on Actions and required action like Withdraw, dismiss, approve, reject, skip current assignment option will come.
