The multi-select support for sharing goals enables managers to share performance and development goals with several team members in a single step. Instead of repeating the process for each individual, managers can now choose the My Team option to view all direct and dotted line reports together.<\/p>\n

Step 3: Select a Goal and Share<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Select the goal you wish to share from the My Goals list.<\/li>\n
- Click on the three dots (Actions menu) and choose Share to send the goal to your team members.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Step 4: Add and Select Team Members<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Click on Add<\/strong> in the Share with panel.<\/li>\n
- A popup displays the options Any Members<\/strong> and My Team Members<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
- Select My Team Members<\/strong> to display all team members.<\/li>\n
- Deselect any members by unchecking the box if the goal should not be shared with them.<\/li>\n
- Once the selection is finalized, click Share<\/strong> to complete the action.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

- All goals shared by the manager are displayed with goal details and owner information for easy tracking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
