Some transactions drop off the list naturally as the business process progresses.<\/p>\n<p>2. Others may require<strong> manual tasks<\/strong> outside of the system, such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sending email notifications,<\/li>\n<li>Making phone calls, or<\/li>\n<li>Performing additional follow-up actions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Workcenter Enhancements with WMF<\/h2>\n<p>1. When Work Management is enabled for a transaction:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A <strong>View drop-down box<\/strong> appears above the grid.<\/li>\n<li>Additional <strong>Action Options<\/strong> are displayed on the left side of the grid.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2. Active View<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Displays all current transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Transactions not considered exceptions can be inactivated.<\/li>\n<li>Inactivating a transaction removes it from Active View (though the left navigation count remains unchanged).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>2.
