Mohana Priya as Chief Projects Officer (CPO), oversees Kovaion’s project portfolio and ensures the successful execution of strategic initiatives. She is instrumental in establishing project management standards, processes, and methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness throughout our organization.
With over 20 years of profound experience in the IT industry, Mohana Priya brings a wealth of expertise in ERP products, acquired through extensive global engagements. She has collaborated with diverse clientele within the service sector across continents such as the UK, USA, Europe, India, and Mexico, gaining deep insights into global business practices.
Mohana Priya is a certified Prince2 Practitioner and holds a Computer Science Engineering degree along with an MBA in IT Management. She has been an integral part of Kovaion since its inception, contributing significantly to our growth and success. Prior to joining us, she honed her skills in a Tier 1 organization, where she managed and delivered numerous high-impact projects.
As a passionate mentor, Mohana Priya has guided and nurtured many professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development and helped them to achieve their professional best. Outside of her professional realm, she is an avid reader, enjoys engaging in debates, loves dancing and practices yoga.
